International Cultural Exchange (ICE) is a Mexico-based organization acting as a platform between applicants and various intercultural exchange programs in the United States. We recruit young talented leaders, and help them live out the unique experience of working at a summer camp.

All of our staff has had the opportunity to participate on an intercultural exchange program. We understand the enriching and fun experience that working with people from all over the world can be, and we want to allow others to experience it.

We have a profound knowledge of the roles and requirements of the programs, as well as the procedures toward getting placed at a one of them. Once selected, we guide applicants through the visa application process, something that is required in order to be eligible to travel and participate on a J1 exchange program in the United States. Furthermore, we will answer any questions you have while you are at home or abroad. 

Our program finds you the job that best suits you. We place successful candidates in positions at our different programs all across the United States. Once there, you will be involved with people from other countries and specially with locals that want to hear about your culture and show you theirs.
